The P4.81 outdoor LED display requires frequent transportation, handling, installation, disassembly, etc., which has higher requirements for the product's vibration resistance, flatness, fire resistance, dustproof and waterproof, and the box body should not be too heavy, whihc is inconvenient to carry. Therefore, it uses a die-cast aluminum box, which is light in weight, can be easily carried by one person, and is easy to install or disassemble.
Features
The LED chip selected for P4.81Â outdoor LEDÂ display has large angle, good flatness, strong anti-static, low brightness attenuation, and high wavelength stability. Its box design is standardized, and the same box size can be applied to different pixel display requirements, so that the installation is more convenient. The LED box is thinner and lighter, saving transportation costs. It uses a die-cast aluminum box, which greatly reduces the thickness, weight and transportation cost of the box. The seamless splicing has good flatness and is easy to maintain. Its circuit boards are treated against electromagnetic waves, which can prolong the service life. It also adopts distributed scanning technology, which can be repaired with electricity and is easy to maintain.
