Eagles 12 is a flotation reagent of the chemical family of Hydroxyamates which as been developped by our company for copper and cobalt flottation ability enhancement. It yielded very good results on both copper and cobalt. On copper oxide minerals, it yielded copper recoveries above 82 % (and the contained accompanying cobalt 60% rec.); and concentration ratios of 6 times for copper and 3 to 4 times for cobalt. On difficult oxide cobalt ore, it yielded 65 to 72 % recovery (cobalt); yet the ore contained Cu, Ni, Mn, Mg…

Application:
Learn that many copper mines spent a great deal of purchasing cost in oxide collector in 2010, under the requirement from them, we designed the collector Eagles 12 (Alkyl Hydroxyamide) to replace the collector the mine used before. The Eagles 12 (Alkyl Hydroxyamide) reduced more 40% on purchasing cost for mine, which is high efficient and easy to operate, also reduce the consumption of other chemicals.
Eagles 12 will be saved much on production. Meanwhile, the Eagles 12 (Alkyl Hydroxyamide) has proven efficient in process of mixed oxide and sulfide ore copper cobalt.
