Delphi Technology has introduced an advanced version of its OASIS Workers’ Compensation technology, designed to provide ability to manage the entire claims lifecycle, from intake to settlement/resolution.

The fully-integrated end-to-end workers' compensation technology will enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as improve financial management and customer service.

Multiple modules of solution includes policy management, claims management, financial management, injury management, risk management, data warehouse and reporting, advanced business analytics, and predictive analytics.

Delphi Technology Product Management director Michael Desrochers said, "The suite is a unique software solution that offers seamless integration of claim, policy, finance, and risk management core systems."

In order to adapt quickly and easily to new market conditions, the Workers' Compensation tool provides a single, overall view of claims information.

In addition to reducing administrative costs through straight-through processing of customer and policy data, the solution can track and report on out-of-work duration, medical costs, and rehabilitation efforts.

The pre-loaded current NCCI and state-specific classification codes of the solution ensure regulatory compliance as well as adjust policy quoting based on fluctuating economic data to maximize revenue.
